The Ausmus Law Firm, P.C. was formed in 1995 by Andy Ausmus, who still serves today as the President of the Firm.

Andy Ausmus graduated from the University of Missouri in 1989 and from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1992. Mr. Ausmus has been licensed in Colorado since 1992 and has been a civil trial lawyer and municipal prosecutor for the last 29 years.  

 

Christy Ausmus graduated in 1989 from Arizona State University and from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1992 with both a law degree and a master’s in business.  Upon graduating from law school Mrs. Ausmus began her career at the 18th Judicial District Attorney’s office where she prosecuted for 9 years before joining the Firm in 1999.  

 

Tricia McCarthy graduated from Marquette University in 1994 and from Denver University School of Law in 1999.  Mrs. McCarthy began her prosecution career in the Aurora City Attorney’s office in 1999 where she worked as an assistant city attorney until 2006 when she joined the Firm.  Mrs. McCarthy has continued her career as a trial lawyer and municipal prosecutor and currently serves as a municipal prosecutor for municipalities for the Firm.

Adam Ausmus graduated from Illinois College in 2017 and Southern Illinois University - Carbondale School of Law in 2019. Mr. Ausmus has joined the Firm as a civil trial lawyer.

Alex Ausmus graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 2019 and from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2022. During Law School, Mr. Ausmus was a licensed legal intern in the Oklahoma County District Attorney's Office. Mr. Ausmus has joined the firm as a trial lawyer and municipal prosecutor.
