The Ausmus Law Firm currently acts as contract municipal prosecutors for the Town of Castle Rock, City of Broomfield, City of Centennial, City of Sheridan, Town of Lochbuie and City of Dacono. In performing this function, the Firm conducts all pre-trial arraignments and plea negotiations, and prepares all cases and presents all evidence and witnesses at either court or jury trials. J. Andrew Ausmus and Christy K. Ausmus possess extensive prosecution experience and training and perform the prosecution function for the above referenced clients. Our combined prosecution experience allows municipalities to contract with our Firm for prosecution services, which in turn allows a municipal staff attorney to concentrate on other tasks on behalf of the municipality.
